Small little family ran restaurant with a handful of tables & chairs. I got the chilaquiles with green sauce with over medium eggs. Delicious! First time here. As you can see on the menu, they have authentic dishes available. I will be back.

Tortas are bomb. So are the aguas frescas. Don't skip the cemitas. Place is tiny and no AC, so I'd recommend getting the food to go.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Food is made with fresh ingredients. It looks like a sketchy strip mall type of location, but the food is amazing. The entire staff is really nice. On weekends we get some menudo or pozole, but during the week after a nice gym session we stop here for some Carne asada, eggs (sub the rice for eggs) & guacamole, with a freshly squeezed orange juice is the best meal ever. Also they have fresh hand made tortillas if you're craving a burrito or chilaquiles. Everything is just bomb. & skip starbucks if you're ever in this area! The cafe de olla is amazing!!!!! Sometimes we stop by just fir coffee on the go. Just the best!

This place is really bomb. The pozole was just ok. It was good once I added more lime and Chile. My nephew ordered The carne asada burrito and it was delicious. It was so good that I ordered one for later. I will definitely go back to this place just for that burrito.

100% recomendado

One of the best flavors of Mexico ever! Super friendly staff and nice environment. Large portions and hands down the best handmade corn tortillas I've ever ate! Very reasonable prices too! I'll be back!!!!

This is a true hole in the wall. Don't let the tired strip mall and sketch parking lot deter you from La Cocina Poblana. I ordered the chilaquiles based solely on Yelp reviews. Someone brought a small pasta soup to my table. It could use a little seasoning but what a nice surprise. Ten minutes later my chilaquiles plate came out. Eggs were cooked exactly as a ordered them. The crunchy but soft but crunchy texture of the tortillas in red sauce was perfect. The beans had a nice porky aftertaste. The rice was cold, unfortunately, but it tasted like it looked - tomato bullion, water and rice. Nada mas. The two cheeses on top of the main dish were excellent as was the tangy crema. Too bad the cheap plastic fork they provide can't even hold up a piece of food. I didn't know they made forks this thin and flimsy. Upgrade that fork to something more substantial please! It reminds me of grade school. I will bring my own if I can try some of the dishes pictured on the wall. I can't vouch for the ambiance inside because the TV was on loud even though a family was dining there and trying to have a conversation. I think the TV is for the restaurant employees not the customers.

You wouldn't think this place would ever be open but don't mistake that you will be pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and the service superb. Come And try it for your self.
